Machine maintenance is an essential part of daily production—after all, the quality of the product is directly affected by how well the machines are maintained. That’s why both the content and standards of maintenance are critically important.
Here are the parts of the doubling machine that require frequent inspection:
Twisting Machine Spindle Section
Check the flexibility of the spindle's operation:
①. Remove the spindle;
②. Hold the stationary disc and gently rotate the rotating disc—does it turn smoothly? Are there any unusual noises? Is there insufficient lubrication?
If an abnormal spindle is detected, handle it according to the following sequence:
① Firmly pull out the stationary disc (yarn can binder), separating it from the wire-clamping disc.
② Check if the spindle bearing is tangled with waste yarn; if so, remove it, and then verify the bearing's flexibility.
③ No yarn is wrapped, but the bearing rotates stiffly; or if the bearing remains inflexible even after removing the yarn, use a specialized fixture to remove the bearing and replace it with a new one.
④ Use a dedicated fixture to hold the inner race of the bearing in place, then press the bearing into position.
⑤ After reattaching the rubber ring to the bearing, press the stationary disc into place.
If the spindle bearings are low on oil, lubrication should be applied immediately.
